Who We Support

Our team of experienced mental health nurses, general nurses, social workers, counsellors and community support workers, assists clients who have been diagnosed with:

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Mood Disorders

  • Schizophrenia

  • ASD

  • ADHD

  • Post-traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Physical Disability

We work with clients who are on Treatment Authorities, Forensic Orders, Recommendations, and those who voluntarily seek our help.

How We Assist

We promote and facilitate independent living through:

  • Community Care Nursing including administering medication and general nursing duties.

  • In-Home Support by assisting with Activities for Daily Living (ADLs).

  • Social and Community Participation – We make it easier for you to access social and community facilities.

  • Psycho-Social Support – We spend time with you, listening to your story and suggesting ways to better handle life’s pressures.

  • Positive Behaviour Support, especially for those with challenging behaviours.

  • Capacity and Skill Building to equip you to manage your recovery.
